Monthly, prepare and send to the billing department the medical insurance attendance sheet and manual forms, collecting signatures from guardians and the clinical team, ensuring all report signatures match to prevent discrepancies and payment blocks by the medical insurer. **SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:** High school diploma.
