Position: Accounting Supervision Location: Cubatão - SP Salary: Negotiable Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:48 Main Responsibilities: Carry out the complete accounting recording of company operations. Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity), ensuring compliance with CPCs and current legislation. Analyze balance sheet and income accounts, focusing on detailed reconciliations and consistent justifications. Calculation of Income Tax and Social Contribution. Conduct monthly and annual accounting/fiscal closing, ensuring data integrity. Actively participate in the submission of ancillary obligations such as ECD, ECF, and annual IBGE reporting. Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications. Contribute to continuous improvements in accounting processes and controls. Stay constantly updated on applicable tax and accounting legislation. Guide and supervise the work of the tax team, ensuring that tasks are performed and delivered with integrity and within deadlines. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. Active registration with CRC. Desirable: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Accounting, Controllership, or related fields. Experience: Solid experience in the accounting area, preferably in transportation companies. Experience with accounting closing and preparation of financial statements. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (CPCs). Proficiency in ERP systems (Visual Rodopar). Advanced Excel skills.
