Opportunity to assist in meal preparation **Job Summary**: Provide support to the kitchen in all its operations, performing food pre\-preparation, maintaining environmental hygiene, and assisting the team in meal preparation as directed. **Main Responsibilities**: * Clean, wash, peel, and cut ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, and meats. * Assist in food preparation and plating under supervision. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Assist in receiving, checking, storing, and managing basic inventory. * Follow hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and proper use of PPE. **Basic Requirements**: * Completed elementary education (equivalent preferred). * Prior experience in this role or in a kitchen is desirable. * Knowledge of or willingness to learn good food handling practices. * Flexible availability and ability to work well in a team.
