Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including sanitizing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Assist in plating and finalizing dishes, following the chef's instructions. Collaborate in organizing food and supply inventory, ensuring proper storage and preservation of products. Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
