At YIS, you can be sure that your development is on the agenda from day one and that, regardless of your background, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. **Position Description \| Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Execute services related to product dispatch and receiving, as well as issue invoices through the system, aiming for optimal performance and quality results to satisfy customers; * Verify reports generated by the enterprise management system against those generated by the scale, comparing them and ensuring there are no information discrepancies; * Monitor and control quantities of products scheduled for dispatch via various means, aiming for excellent customer service; * Issue sales orders through the system to ensure continuity of dispatch operations and perform ICMS freight receivables cash control; * Serve internal and external customers by providing stock balances and releasing orders, informing loading status to clarify doubts and guarantee dispatch process performance; * Monitor or perform truck weighing, loaded or empty, in compliance with established procedures; * Enter invoices into the computerized system for payment or make unit expense payments, performing monthly petty cash controls; * Sort vehicles for product and/or raw material loading and unloading, issuing documents via computerized system and registering carrier driver and vehicle details; * Arrange storage of received goods, checking invoices and purchase orders, and processing electronic receiving invoices into inventory; * Verify documentation for imported products and inform the competent authority about cargo release; * Provide trucker assistance, perform administrative and accounting duties, and register freight control invoices in the SAP system; * Carry out and monitor activities according to the company's established operational procedures and work instructions, ensuring compliance with the Integrated Management System Policy and current Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety programs. **Profile \| Education and Skills** -------------------------------------- * High school diploma completed; * Knowledge of tax legislation, transportation regulations, and products controlled by the Army; * Proficiency in Office Suite and SAP. **Contact Information** -------------------------- Talent Acquisition. **Cultivating knowledge through diversity** Yara is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and takes pride in being a company that provides equal opportunities for everyone.
