Always guided by the objective of developing healthy, long-term relationships, with attention to ethics and transparency in all interactions. **Responsibilities and duties** * Deeply understand the client's strategy and objectives to anticipate needs, as well as proactively identify business opportunities with the client; * Develop trust and transparency with clients; * Actively serve as the reference point for client operational escalations; * Measure, monitor and drive improvements for the client; * Increase the relevance of the Mova solution to the client. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Previous experience in B2B customer relationship management for large clients, with credit products and financial services; * Experience in acceleration and scalability strategies for credit operations; * Experience in relationship management, CS in SaaS, CaaS, BaaS and similar companies. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
