We are seeking a **Metalworker** to work on special visual communication projects, ensuring the final quality of the fabricated metal structures. This professional will be responsible for guiding the team, performing fabrication, assembly, and installation activities, as well as supporting departmental leadership whenever necessary—ensuring timely deliveries that meet the company’s quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair metal structures for visual communication (e.g., panels, signs, letters, totems, among others); * Verify work orders by reading and interpreting technical drawings, checking measurements and specifications; * Select materials, tools, templates, and measuring instruments according to the task at hand; * Operate metalworking machinery and equipment—including drills, saws, grinders, welders, guillotines, bending machines, roll forming machines, among others; * Perform welding of metal parts in compliance with safety standards and procedures; * Carry out finishing operations (e.g., sanding, polishing, shaping) as specified in work orders; * Install LED lighting on metal structures when required; * Assemble and install medium- and high-complexity metal structures; * Develop and assist in technical training for the department’s team; * Support departmental leadership in organizing activities and, when necessary, act as interim supervisor; * Update internal systems by closing completed work orders and forwarding them to dispatch; * Meet established deadlines and immediately inform leadership in case of delays or discrepancies; * Maintain, clean, and ensure proper conservation of equipment and the workplace; * Correctly use PPE and comply with occupational safety regulations; * Attend technical and institutional meetings and training sessions. **Requirements** * Technical education in **Technical Drawing** (reading and interpretation); * Minimum **5 years** of experience in metalworking and assembly of metal structures; * Knowledge of **Basic Electrical Systems**; * Certification in **Welding** and **Metalworking**; * Organized, responsible profile with strong commitment to deadlines and quality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **people management**; * Experience in special visual communication projects; * Training in **People Management**. **We Offer** * *(Market-competitive salary)* * *(Benefits – to be specified)* * Collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth. **Interested candidates should send their resumes to:** *ana.pereira@projetosign.com.br* Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 – R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
