Junior Designer
We are looking for a person to work as a **Junior Designer** at MRM Brasil, a full-service agency within McCann Worldgroup — part of the Interpublic Group (IPG) — with a primary focus on digital. **Responsibilities and Duties**
An entry-level designer learning hands-on how CRM squad creation works. Produces deliverables following visual directions and team guidance, beginning to understand how channels, formats, and timing impact results. Grows through consistent feedback and daily practice.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Daily tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, slide presentations, and basic squad management tools.

* Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week onsite
