You will oversee the production process to ensure repeatability and reproducibility of quality. You will also promote continuous improvement of products and processes and support the implementation of approval, testing, and validation methodologies. Additionally, you will contribute to strengthening internal and external quality culture. **Responsibilities** * Supervise inspection activities for raw materials, in-process items, and finished products * Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other team members and provide guidance * Ensure products meet technical and legal requirements prior to release * Inspect final outputs, compare them against requirements, and approve or reject finished products * Develop, improve, and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes and train the team on their use * Define requirements for suppliers' raw materials and monitor their compliance * Monitor, evaluate, and validate critical process control parameters * Supervise product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards * Understand customer needs and requirements and communicate them, along with quality standards, to production teams * Develop methods to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality products * Collect customer feedback, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors * Conduct training on procedures, quality tools, and best practices * Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement * Conduct internal audits and support external audits (ISO, customers, regulatory bodies) * Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ANVISA, industry-specific requirements, and health and safety guidelines * Maintain records and documentation per legal and regulatory requirements * Investigate root causes of nonconformities and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/DMAIC) * Apply and disseminate knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, FMEA, and SPC * Propose, create, conduct, and analyze statistical data and quality indicators to suggest improvements and manage quality control * Perform other related duties **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Significant prior experience in industrial quality control * Prior experience in leadership/people management roles * Experience working with customers and suppliers on quality-related topics * Advanced knowledge of quality tools, metrology, and Lean/Six Sigma * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001\) * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH B) Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well\-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
