Apply now and become part of our mission of excellence! **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** This position’s primary mission is to provide occasional security services as required by the assigned post. Guard premises, public and private areas to prevent, control, and combat irregularities. Ensure the safety of people and property, and compliance with laws and regulations. Receive and control the movement of people in both unrestricted and restricted access areas. Inspect people, cargo, and property; escort individuals and merchandise. **SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:** This position carries the same responsibilities as a standard security guard, but is scheduled in advance and must respond within 24 hours regarding acceptance or rejection of the assignment. Report incidents occurring during the surveillance period to the immediate supervisor. Control the movement and presence of people, as a security measure, along with vehicles and material assets, performing identification and registration when required. Patrol company premises systematically and inspect all areas to prevent fires, thefts, unauthorized entry, and other anomalies. Record incidents and actions taken during the shift in the incident logbook to inform the immediate supervisor and support decision-making for correcting identified irregularities. Conduct systematic inspections and patrols throughout all areas of the assigned post to prevent situations endangering the building’s integrity, equipment, and the safety of staff and users. In exceptional cases, if requested, perform basic cleaning of weapons used at the post. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completion of 4th grade of elementary school * Security guard training course * Valid refresher course in security and valid CNV (National Registry of Security Guards) * Experience: Not required * Personal vehicle for commuting (preferred) * Availability to cover shifts in Porto Alegre, Novo Hamburgo, Canoas, Montenegro, and São Leopoldo **SCHEDULE / SHIFT ROTATION** * 07:00 to 19:00 / 19:00 to 07:00 on a 12x36 (odd-day) rotation * Shifts: 07:00 to 16:48 / 09:00 to 19:00 on a 5x2 rotation **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Salary: R$ 9.57 per hour * Transportation allowance * Hazard pay * Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day **If you identify with this opportunity and meet the requirements, apply now and join our Security team.** Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Qualification: * Security Guard, Extracurricular / Vocational Training Course
