Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, verifying, storing, and dispatching materials, ensuring warehouse organization and cleanliness as well as team productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle and material organization and verification 2. Stock spawning management, binning, and inventory 3. Productivity monitoring and quality maintenance **Responsibilities:** * Organize vehicles in the yard for RFB inspection; * Perform loading and unloading verification of materials; * Conduct red channel verification and accompany RFB inspections; * Verify consumable items for distribution centers; * Perform physical label verification, validated against distribution center plans; * Perform physical binning of distribution center labels; * Responsible for spawning processes and ensuring quantity and quality verification; * Inspect and record damages on form "CLIA\-OPE\-FOR\-02" or electronic tool; * Document damages with photos for TFA (Term of Shortage and Damage) registration; * Report the bin location where cargo was spawned in the warehouse; * Perform stock cycle counts and inventory; * Responsible for material movement, organization, and storage; * Order picking and verification of printed orders; * Verification, loading, and dispatch of Import Declarations (DI’s); * Monitor and ensure productivity of warehouse assistants; * Monitor productivity of forklift operators; * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness; * Work in compliance with quality standards and procedures; * Assist immediate supervisor in function-compatible processes. **Requirements:** ✓ Completed high school education ✓ Experience in the field **Benefits:** ✓ Meal allowance ✓ Chartered transportation ✓ Group life insurance ✓ Unimed health plan ✓ On-site meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack) ✓ Loyalty bonus ✓ Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00 ✓ On-site work mode
