Job Summary: Provide support, maintenance, and enhancement for the TOTVS Protheus ERP system by developing and customizing routines in ADVPL, analyzing requirements, and optimizing business processes. Opportunity to work with various Protheus modules **Main Responsibilities** * Provide support, maintenance, and enhancement for the **TOTVS Protheus** ERP system * Develop and customize routines using **ADVPL** * Analyze, gather, and implement business requirements together with end users * Resolve incidents, optimize processes, and improve existing routines * Create and maintain technical and functional documentation * Support integrations between Protheus and other systems * Collaborate with internal departments and external partners **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Protheus Systems Analyst * Solid knowledge of **ADVPL** and the Protheus data dictionary * Hands-on experience with Protheus modules (Finance, Purchasing, Billing, Inventory, Tax, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Production Control, Order Management System, etc.) * Knowledge of **SQL** and database analysis * Experience providing user support and assistance * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and effective communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **TL\+\+**, WebServices (REST/SOAP) * Experience with integrations, APIs, and custom reporting * Experience in industrial or logistics environments **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering**, or related fields (completed or in progress) **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Analytical profile with solution-oriented focus * Commitment to deadlines and quality Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
