If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Plan and control all activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to defined milestones for the project, thereby contributing to fulfillment of contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Ensure and implement project management methodologies across all project phases; * Guarantee quality in technical and project management documentation; * Ensure integrity of the Master Plan schedule; * Ensure safety integrity throughout the entire project; * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for regional and global Capex teams; * Ensure integration with all Alcoa departments involved, as required by the project; * Conduct routine project meetings; * Develop and control action plans, applying the PDCA cycle across all technical and management aspects of the project; * Monitor and map project risks; * Prepare the project’s Total Cost Investment; * Deliver presentations to approval committees at each project phase; * Develop the work plan for each project and contracting scopes; * People and Process Management; * Manage the Project Portfolio aligned with business strategy and monthly targets for execution of the Annual Project Plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technological graduation in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Familiarity with FEL methodology; * Primavera P6 – Advanced; * MS Project – Advanced; * Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced; * Experience in Mining Portfolio Management; * Availability for **on-site work in Poços de Caldas/MG**, with no field leave. **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA in Project Management; * Power BI – Advanced; * PMP / PMI certification. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office – On-site (No field leave); * Work Location: 8 AM to 5 PM; * Working Hours: Poços de Caldas/MG. **Benefits Included in This Role:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation; * Meal Allowance; * Gym access via Gympass; Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
