Join us and become part of our team. ? **Job Responsibilities:** Participate in equipment design projects developed by the company, including bioreactors, platforms, electrical panels, piping systems, and bio-factory projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, established cost targets, technical regulations, and customer requirements; Develop designs using SolidWorks 3D software, adhering to technical standards and internal specifications for modeling. Create technical drawings, including necessary sections and views for fabrication and assembly of parts and equipment, specifying welding requirements, surface finishes, cutting plans, and bending plans; Size accessories such as gearmotors, valves, centrifugal pumps, bearings, and components for steam and compressed air lines—including pressure regulators—and condensate drainage and recovery systems; Prepare flowcharts, technical reports, operation manuals, and procedures; Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve issues and improve project designs; Conduct meetings with customers and internal teams to align expectations, solve problems, and ensure all stakeholders remain informed; **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Mechanical Designer. * Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks software. * Ability to interpret and create detailed technical drawings. * Strong attention to detail and capacity to resolve technical problems. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of technical standards and engineering codes applicable to each project, such as ASME, ISO, NR, ANSI, DIN. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. * Understanding of industrial equipment manufacturing principles; * Experience in piping system sizing; * Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA); * Ability to develop and optimize industrial equipment; * Additional certifications in mechanical design; **Benefits and Working Hours:** * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Pharmacy benefit plan * Breakfast and afternoon coffee provided onsite * Psychological support * 44-hour workweek (from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break) **We Offer:** * An opportunity to join a high-performance team at a market-leading company. * A collaborative and challenging work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development.
