We believe that when people from different cultures, genders, and perspectives come together, everyone benefits. **Your Day-to-Day at Medtronic** * Perform routine production tasks—from wire preparation through final product packaging; * Participate in all line release processes, being responsible for organizing, tidying, and cleaning workbenches upon task completion; * Conduct in-process control, provided you are duly qualified; * Record working hours at the end of each manufacturing order; * Perform cyclic inventory tasks; * Supply specific equipment with required products, perform batch changes, and conduct final inspections of products generated in this process step; * Perform initial checklists on production equipment to authorize line startup; any failure or difficulty must be reported immediately to your direct supervisor and the maintenance team to ensure appropriate corrective actions; * As needed and under the guidance and proper training of your direct supervisor, you may occasionally perform routine production tasks for GIA-line medical devices; * Perform routine production tasks—from wire preparation through final product packaging; * Conduct quality inspections, as requested by your direct supervisor and when required, on the processing line per quality specifications and guidelines; * Report any malfunction or abnormality in your production line to your direct supervisor, enabling visibility for leadership and mitigation of potential issues affecting our customers; * Follow norms and instructions defined by your direct supervisor, fulfilling responsibilities outlined for your position in the Quality Manual and related quality documents. * Follow guidelines and procedures outlined in the Safety, Medicine, and Environment Manual. **Requirements** * No prior experience required; * Completed elementary education; **About Medtronic** Together, we can transform healthcare worldwide.
