Ground work in energized or de-energized areas Job: General Helper for Civil and Electrical Construction Projects \- CPFL Energia Projects Type: Permanent Project Locations: Cities such as Jaú, Barra Bonita, Igaraçu do Tietê, Santa Bárbara, Gália, Garça, Pederneiras, Marília, Altinópolis, and others (all in the state of São Paulo). Travel availability and willingness to stay on-site accommodation, if required, are mandatory. Work Schedule: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * Rotating shift schedule: 21 days on \- 2 days off \- employees residing far from project sites will stay on-site for 21 days. Desired Profile: Must reside in Campinas, Araraquara, São José do Rio Pardo, Igaraçu do Tietê, Gália, Garça, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, Pederneiras, Marília, or Altinópolis / SP. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay on-site accommodation are required. Experience in civil construction activities (any role within the field). Will perform civil, electromechanical, and electrical construction work, including de-energized transmission lines or near energized areas (ground-only work). Assist engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
