Monitor images and events, verify system functionality, and identify potential failures. Record and report incidents, open and track service orders, and activate external teams or authorities when necessary. Provide customer support and guidance, and prepare operational and shift reports. **Requirements and Skills:** Strong concentration, sense of responsibility, and good observational ability. Experience in the field and familiarity with security software and systems (e.g., SIGMA CLOUD, IRIS, D\-GUARD, IVMS, SIM, NEXT, ISISC, among others) will be valued.
