Grow with us! **\#JoinMotz** **Responsibilities and duties** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Responsible for providing support to drivers; * Ensure issuance and delivery of trip documentation; * Prospect new drivers through visits to fuel stations, driver gathering spots, platforms, personal networks, and social media; * Register new drivers via TMS and app; * Monitor the unit's service schedule; * Identify and suggest new opportunities for operations and business; * Provide continuous daily operational support to customers; * Support drivers regarding routes, rates, and monitor deliveries; * Assist in resolving issues during loading and deliveries. **Requirements and qualifications** **What do we expect from you?** * High school diploma; * Intermediate Excel knowledge; * Adaptability to dynamic environments. **Above all, know that you’ll stand out on our team if you have:** * Technical or higher education in logistics or related fields; * Experience with TMS systems; * Prior experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or related areas. **Additional information** We're always focused on delivering the best experience for our Motzers: **Get to know us better:** Meal allowance and flexible food benefits (you use it as you wish, and it doesn’t come out of your vacation pay).
