We believe that when people from diverse cultures, genders, and perspectives come together, everyone benefits. **Your Day-to-Day at Medtronic** * Ensure maintenance, conservation, and proper functioning of company equipment and facilities (Head Office and Branch), implementing preventive maintenance plans and responding swiftly and efficiently to corrective maintenance, always aiming for continuous improvement of production processes; * Monitor third-party maintenance and calibration activities to ensure service providers and delivered services comply with internal and external guidelines, rules, and standards; * Support departments as requested in applying tools that assist or improve the production process; * Understand and apply fundamental concepts of electroelectronics, pneumatics, and mechanics in repairing equipment and building installations, proactively and preventively improving maintenance processes to reduce costs and unexpected equipment downtime; * Enter purchase requests into the system, assist in developing preventive maintenance instructions for equipment, and process relevant fiscal documents for the department; * Follow norms and directives defined by your immediate supervisor, adhering strictly to responsibilities outlined for your position in the Quality Manual and quality-related documents; * Follow guidance and procedures outlined in the Safety, Medicine, and Environment Manual. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in electrical, mechanical, electronic, or pneumatic fields. * Basic computer skills. * Minimum industrial maintenance experience is desirable. * Availability for the 2nd shift: 5:25 PM to 2:46 AM. **About Medtronic** Together, we can transform healthcare worldwide.
