Ability to work in a team The **Grupo Brasanitas** has an opportunity for a Building Maintenance Assistant to work at our client **Ferrero Rocher**, in the city of **Poços de Caldas/MG**. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical installations * Monitor and record maintenance activities * Assist in organizing and cleaning common areas * Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues **Requirements:** * Experience in building maintenance * Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic installations * Ability to work in a team and solve problems * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal provided on-site * Shuttle service * Medical insurance * Attendance Bonus R$ 400.00
