Focus on quality and teamwork We are looking for a committed, dedicated, and organized professional to join our production team, supporting cutting and sewing preparation! **Responsibilities:** * Assist in layup and preparation of the cutting department; * Strategically position patterns to optimize fabric usage; * Support handling, folding, and identification of cut pieces; * Sort sewing kits according to production orders; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace **Requirements:** * Prior experience in garment manufacturing (cutting or sewing) is a plus; * Completed elementary education; * Basic knowledge of fabrics and cutting methods; * Attention to detail and focus on quality; * Proactivity and teamwork. * Commitment and responsibility Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.750,00 - R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
