We seek professionals who identify with our **MANDIC Way of Being:** Welcoming, believing in results, committed to quality, breathing innovation, and tirelessly working to deliver the best academic journey and excellence in professional training for our students — **transforming their realities, as well as population health and science.** **Our purpose is to transform lives and promote health. \#JoinMandic!** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, masonry, carpentry, and painting maintenance services. * Carry out repairs, replacements, adjustments, and installations of building components and equipment. * Maintain facades, glass, furniture, and other structural elements of the institution. * Ensure pool cleaning and treatment, where applicable, and maintain technical areas in appropriate operating condition. * Identify repair and improvement needs and communicate them to the responsible team. * Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental preservation standards. * Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and urgent demands.
