At Andrade Gutierrez, all people are welcome, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or disability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support to company users in using SAP/HCM; * Address and resolve low-complexity system-related requests; * Support the proper functioning of processes and routines in SAP/HCM; * Ensure operations occur efficiently and without interruption; * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and business rules; * Support the company’s compliance guidelines; * Contribute to the stability and usability of the SAP/HCM tool. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school or currently pursuing a university degree; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of SAP (as a user or support specialist); * Prior experience in user support (technical support, help desk, or related areas); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Strong communication skills for user support; * Experience with specific SAP modules (MM, FI, SD, etc.) is desirable. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte (100% onsite at the office) * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of \#OurPeople that we build the future and reach ever further! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
