Job Summary: Assist in inventory control, organization, and movement of goods to ensure product flow and smooth operation of the supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Job Mission:** Assist in controlling, organizing, and moving goods within a warehouse or distribution center to ensure proper inbound and outbound product flow and efficient supply chain operations. **Job Responsibilities:** * **Goods Receiving:** Assist in unloading products and materials using pallet jacks. Verify received items against invoices and purchase orders to ensure product integrity and quantity. * **Organization and Storage:** Organize goods in the warehouse logically and accessibly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Identify and label products to facilitate access and inventory control. * **Order Picking and Shipping:** Pick goods according to customer orders or service requests, verifying item accuracy. Prepare goods for shipment by packing and labeling per specifications. * **Inventory Control:** Assist in periodic inventory counts and stock control, identifying discrepancies and reporting damaged or missing items. Conduct stock counts by location, verifying batch numbers, expiration dates, and quantities to maintain accuracy. * **Warehouse Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace to support safety and warehouse efficiency. Align pallets, organize fractional boxes, and follow safety guidelines when handling products and equipment. * **Product Loading onto Pallets:** Load packaged goods onto pallets according to customer requirements and delivery sequence to optimize delivery efficiency. * Sort materials according to each customer’s load definition. * Build customer-specific loads, ensuring all items are verified. * Conduct inventory counts using data collectors and record batch, expiration date, and quantity information. * Package fractional goods per specific customer requirements. * Perform product picking while maintaining storage area organization and proper expiration date segregation
