**Responsibilities and duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * **Commercial Management:** Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability, ensure achievement and exceeding of product and service sales targets, as well as monitor and optimize sales conversion and average ticket. * **Team Management:** Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, promoting training, follow-ups and constant feedback. * **Customer Service:** Ensure service quality, providing a positive customer experience and strengthening customer loyalty. * **Store Operations:** Supervise organization, product display, inventory management and compliance with the store's operational processes. * **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and interpret sales KPIs, churn, average ticket and conversion, implementing corrective actions when necessary. * **Channel Relationship:** Report results, challenges and opportunities to senior management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines. * **Compliance and Processes:** Ensure that operations comply with company policies and telecommunications industry regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer's perspective.
