**Main responsibilities:** * **Access control:** Monitor the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials, always verifying identification and authorization. * **Security:** Monitor security cameras (CCTV), safeguard property integrity, and intervene in risky or abnormal situations, reporting to management. * **Guidance and reception:** Receive, guide, and direct patients, companions, and visitors to the correct areas, providing information and assisting during periods of high traffic. * **Logistics:** Supervise the arrival of cargo and deliveries, as well as guide waste collection vehicles or ambulances. * **Emergencies:** Assist in activating safety protocols and guiding people during emergencies, collaborating with healthcare teams. * **Procedures:** Follow occupational health and safety regulations, keep the area organized, and complete incident reports.
