Job Summary: A professional responsible for logistics activities, invoice control, inventory management, and handling operational demands. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in logistics processes, inventory management, and analysis of invoices. 2. Control and issuance of CT-e (Electronic Freight Bills), NFs (Fiscal Invoices), and DANFEs (Auxiliary Document of Electronic Fiscal Invoice). 3. Data and information entry into control systems. Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge preferred; * Familiarity with fiscal invoices (receipt, analysis, and resolution) preferred; * Experience with inventory management and logistics routines preferred; * Knowledge of logistics process auditing preferred; * Enter data and information into relevant systems and control spreadsheets; * Receive, inspect, and dispatch materials, monitoring and evaluating their movement; * Process orders and verify requests; * Issue CT-es, NFs, and DANFEs (endorsements, controls, and freight); * Organize and analyze received fiscal invoices, including assessment of applicable taxes; * Generate reports and file department-related documents; * Conduct inventories; * Attend meetings with managers when necessary; * Perform external tasks when required and requested. 251220020255725913
