Retrieve, prepare, sort, and dispatch materials for sample collection** ***Intercompany*** **and perform general administrative tasks. Meet deadlines while maintaining organization, ensuring team safety, and safeguarding company integrity.** NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS * Access DHL and FEDEX systems to issue Air Waybills; * Verify all samples to be exported with the Homogenization department; * Sort, classify, identify, and dispatch Intercompany samples; * Manage the routine of sample collection and delivery; * Address general logistics department issues: * Resolve problems and identify potential barriers arising from Brazilian regulations affecting Eurofins’ import/export processes; * Track and monitor sample shipments; * Contact the Commercial department to report difficulties and possible delays; * Address general issues with *Intercompany* laboratories. * Clarify questions related to the Logistics department; * Verify completion of custody chain documentation; * Enter material and service requests into the system and review logistics-related costs. **OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Eurofins values – refer to website or Integration Manual; * Comply with QSMS requirements relevant to respective areas of operation: 1) Food & Environment Division: ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025, ABNT NBR ISO 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001. 2) Clinical Division (Diagnostic Medicine): PALC, LGPD, ANVISA, and ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 9001. 3) Agroscience Division: GLP standards. * Commitment to continuous improvement, development of the quality, health, environment, and safety management system, and awareness of aspects/impacts and hazards/risks associated with one’s activities. **Qualifications** **REQUIRED PROFILE:** **Behavioral competencies:** Commitment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, proactivity, dynamism, punctuality, flexibility, and agility. **Required education:** Completed technical course in Logistics, Administration, laboratory technical fields, or related disciplines. **Additional education:** A bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage. **Languages and expected proficiency level:** * **Previous experience (type and duration):** 1–3 years of experience. **Technical knowledge:** * Knowledge of national geographic areas and logistics/sample collection routines for food samples. * Advanced Microsoft Office. * Basic computer literacy. * Basic Excel. * Telephone customer service.
