All our positions are inclusive. **Responsibilities:** Prepare management reports; Monitor and analyze critical analysis reports from departments; Monitor and generate Quality Management System reports (Occurrences, Events, and Actions); Provide technical support regarding applied Quality tools; Prepare production controls for departments; Manage SOP; Analyze deviations and identify improvement opportunities; Develop and monitor departmental improvement plans; Create reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI, including specific programming tasks. **Requirements:** Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, and integrated systems; Experience in SOP processes; Experience in PCP; Database knowledge (DBMS: PostgreSQL).
