Focus on sales and customer service Job Description: Manage the store's commercial activities under your responsibility, ensuring product availability, achievement of sales targets and revenue goals, team development, and compliance with the Company's standards and procedures manual. Provide technical oversight for the pharmacy, coordinating activities related to control, receipt, storage, inventory management, distribution, and organization of medications. Ensure the integrity of dispensing of products sold by the store and support customers by advising them on proper medication use. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration in the state where the position is located; Experience as a pharmacist in a pharmacy chain; Experience in managerial roles; Flexible working hours; People Management. Preferred Qualifications: Brazilian Sign Language (Libras); Experience in the pharmaceutical industry; Training in injectables, vaccines, and pharmaceutical testing.
