Team development and people management * Lead personnel in executing operational processes according to process requirements, ensuring compliance with established procedures and work instructions. * Ensure achievement of process performance indicators (productivity, costs, absenteeism, and others) under responsibility, focusing on their continuous improvement. * Develop team members within processes under responsibility. * Responsible for daily people management activities (meal breaks, timekeeping, vacations, warnings, training, performance evaluations, etc.).
