This professional will be responsible for leading and coordinating logistics operations, ensuring efficient material and product flow while guaranteeing quality, safety, cost reduction, and high operational performance. The role will be strategic, involving team management, operational planning, supplier negotiation, and performance indicator analysis, directly contributing to business competitiveness and results. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate logistics team activities, assigning tasks, monitoring results, and promoting employee development. * Plan and schedule logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines. * Negotiate with suppliers and carriers to secure optimal commercial and operational terms. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions. * Ensure the integrity, quality, and safety of materials and products in transit, in accordance with established standards and procedures. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and operational fluidity. * Prepare managerial reports with critical analyses and proposals for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Solid experience in Logistics, with expertise in operations management. * Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
