Coordinate the logistics team in inventory, shipping, and transportation management; Coordinate the logistics team to ensure internal and external customers are informed of the status of logistics processes under the department’s responsibility; Coordinate logistics operations for the facility and regional distribution centers (DCs), guiding and developing teams under management (Operations and Processes) according to business needs; Coordinate logistics teams (Operations and Processes) to meet the company’s established quality and safety standards; Lead the team in conducting studies to optimize the logistics chain for the facility and DCs; Coordinate and validate implementation of improvements across the entire logistics process—from receiving through to final customer delivery; Coordinate and support the team in implementing new technology and equipment projects; Coordinate the team in managing inventory levels and distribution to align with business requirements; Coordinate the team to ensure appropriate storage conditions, Good Storage Practices (GSP), FIFO (First-In, First-Out), and inventory accuracy; Monitor and validate the efficiency of transportation and distribution operations to ensure timely deliveries, meeting target OTIF (On-Time In-Full) levels and other logistics KPIs; Coordinate the team to ensure proper inventory control, contributing to reduced rates of expired products and stockouts; Coordinate logistics teams in alignment with Adimax’s corporate strategy. 251221020255608310
