Distributor of automotive aesthetics products seeks a Workshop Sales Representative in Vitória da Conquista (Bateias). Tazzo Auto Shop specializes in automotive maintenance and repair services. It offers a wide range of products and services to meet vehicle owners' needs. **Responsibilities:** Attend customers in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp courteously and promptly. Identify customers' needs and offer solutions regarding automotive parts and services. Prepare estimates for parts, services, and automotive maintenance. Perform additional sales (up-selling) by offering complementary products and services. Monitor the progress of services performed at the workshop. Keep customers informed about deadlines, costs, and service status. Convert customer interactions into sales using strategic commercial approaches. Organize orders and track parts picking and delivery. Support control of service orders and scheduling. Assist in organizing the workshop's customer service area and reception. Work with performance targets and metrics. Contribute ideas to increase sales and improve customer service. High school diploma required.
