* Responsible for assisting with axle inspection and geometry; evaluating tire wear and balancing; * Assist with tire inspections focusing on wear; * Assist in assessing the condition of control arm bushings, steering rod ends, and excessive play in axle hubs; * Assist with vehicle suspension/brake systems, 3D alignment and balancing; * Assist with general greasing and lubrication, following a schedule or as requested; * Assist with diagnostics on passenger vehicles, part replacement, suspension, steering, brakes, balancing, tire replacement, alignment, and camber adjustment; * Assist with workplace organization, equipment and material maintenance, keeping the workplace organized and clean; * Comply with company safety regulations; * Responsible for communication with tire shops regarding tire replacement and mechanical issues, among other tasks: suspension, clutches, electronic fuel injection, cleaning/maintenance and repair of automotive air conditioning. * Request replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services; * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a Technical Course in Alignment Mechanics; * Driver’s license category B is a plus; * Experience in auto centers—this role is not for engine mechanics but specifically for alignment mechanics; * Training in 3D alignment is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must provide excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist customers with any inquiries.
