Their work is essential to maintain agility and efficiency in the company's logistics operations, ensuring orders are delivered correctly and on time. **Responsibilities:** * **Supplying other units. A driver's license category B is required for this task** * **Delivery requests:** * Request customer order deliveries through the partner logistics platform, ensuring correct information entry and adherence to established deadlines. * **Delivery monitoring:** Monitor deliveries in real time, checking order statuses and ensuring all deliveries are successfully completed. Proactively identify and resolve potential delivery issues such as delays, lost packages, or returns, maintaining contact with the partner platform and customers when necessary. Verify products against issued orders, accurately picking items as specified for each customer. Package products securely and appropriately, ensuring they are protected and organized for transport and delivery. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled, facilitating product location and contributing to faster order picking. Assist in inventory control by recording product entries and exits in the system, reporting inconsistencies or restocking needs.
