




**Job Mission:** Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring a well-prepared team to serve the customer portfolio, achieve targets, strengthen commercial relationships, and drive regional retail through constant monitoring, technical guidance, and execution excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** **Team Management and Development** * Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives. * Ensure continuous training and improve performance. * Monitor field routines, provide feedback, and define corrective actions. * Conduct performance evaluations and support onboarding of new employees. * Develop future leaders. **Commercial and Customer Management** * Ensure sales quality and prevent operational errors. * Guarantee visits, execution of sales steps, and service levels. * Manage customer portfolio, routes, and area coverage. * Identify retail opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. * Monitor delivery issues, returns, and suggest improvements. **Targets, Planning, and Indicators** * Clearly break down company goals for the team. * Analyze data, build action plans, and track KPIs. * Monitor delinquency and act to resolve pending issues. * Evaluate campaigns, targets, and suggest strategic adjustments. * Ensure compliance with the Excellence Plan. **Management Support and Internal Integration** * Participate in meetings, organize agendas, update reports, and collaborate in planning. * Communicate with other departments and report anomalies to management. * Follow the group's management model. * Contribute to financial monitoring of the area to support decision-making. **People Management and Administrative Routines** * Ensure HR and Payroll processes comply with internal policies. * Foster a positive organizational climate, productivity, and reduced turnover. * Monitor daily routines, metrics, action plans, and team execution.
