**REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Previous experience in supervision or as a store manager; * Ability to lead a team, organize tasks, take responsibility, and communicate effectively; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise all store operations to ensure smooth functioning; provide customer service while maintaining the brand’s excellence standards; receive merchandise, organize displays, and monitor inventory in the system; conduct inventory counts and ensure proper product restocking; anticipate and resolve potential issues with the team; serve as the liaison between staff and supervision, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
