




Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for performing diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops, with on-site service. Key Highlights: 1. Perform hardware and software diagnostics and maintenance. 2. Provide on-site technical support to users. 3. Work independently with personal vehicle and tools. **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Execute replacement and installation of hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, cards, etc.). * Perform formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for resolving hardware- and software-related incidents. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Possess a **personal vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH)** for field travel. * Possess a **personal laptop**. * Possess a **smartphone** for communication and service recordkeeping. * Possess **basic toolset for laptop and desktop maintenance**. * Availability of **at least five 32GB USB flash drives** for technical tasks.
