Job Summary: Professional responsible for inventory control and management, fiscal invoice issuance, product analysis, and monitoring of operational performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and management, and goods movement tracking 2. Issuance of fiscal invoices and analysis of product expiration dates 3. Monitoring of operational performance indicators Responsibilities: * Monitor inventory levels and record entries and exits of goods; * Issue electronic fiscal invoices, perform stock write-offs, analyze and control products nearing expiration (FIFO), and report to the team; * Develop electronic spreadsheets, provide customer support, and build inventory accuracy indicators; * Perform daily inventory closing, conduct physical inventory opening and closing, adjust inventory records, and reconcile physical and accounting inventory; * Monitor operational performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Profile * Bachelor's degree completed. * Proficiency in SAP system and Microsoft Office suite (intermediate to advanced Excel). * Prior experience in the field is a plus. * Flexible working hours. * Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to diverse situations. * Time management and experience leading cross-functional teams. * Resilience and results-oriented mindset.
