Act responsibly, committedly, and attentively, promoting road safety, optimal vehicle condition, and high-quality deliveries, thereby reinforcing the company's image as a benchmark for excellence in customer service. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform deliveries attentively and courteously, ensuring high-quality customer service and accurate verification of goods upon delivery. * Operate freight vehicles—including trucks, trailers, and pickup trucks—to transport goods between various locations, adhering to schedules established by the company. * Ensure vehicle safety and optimal operating condition through regular inspections and preventive maintenance. * Adhere to assigned routes and deadlines, adjusting driving behavior according to road conditions and company instructions. * Manage required transportation documentation—such as invoices and delivery confirmations—ensuring documents are properly organized and accurate. * Strictly comply with traffic laws and company safety regulations, contributing to cargo protection, vehicle safety, and the safety of all personnel involved in transportation operations. * **Adhere to Route Planning for Delivery Efficiency:** Responsible for following route planning and methods to optimize delivery time, consistently aiming to reduce travel time and accelerate deliveries. * **Safe Driving and Vehicle Supervision:** Responsible for driving the vehicle to customers and performing full pre-departure vehicle supervision—including checking water, oil, tires, and brakes—to ensure safety and proper operation. * **Delivery and Goods Verification:** Responsible for presenting the Invoice (NF) to the customer, verifying goods jointly with the customer, and authorizing the assistant to unload items only after verification. This process ensures correct delivery and seeks customer satisfaction. * **Accurate Delivery Registration at Coordinates:** Record deliveries at the correct time and location, collecting the customer's signature. * **Reporting Incidents to Customer Support (SAC):** Contact SAC to open a support ticket whenever delivery or transit anomalies occur (e.g., duplicate order, damaged product, road impassable due to conditions, etc.). * **Completion of Goods Return Forms:** Upon returning from trips, if any returns occur for any reason, submit them via the platform along with the completed return form and invoice. * **Accountability Reporting:** Submit all delivery manifests and their corresponding signatures, per the company's established procedure. * **Vehicle Checklist Execution:** Verifying vehicle items (water, oil, tires, brakes) before departure is part of routine preparation and constitutes preventive maintenance—a critical safety task performed by the driver as a necessary step in completing deliveries.
