Request and control SAP profiles required to perform activities. Develop and update competency matrices, organizational charts, flowcharts, and procedures. Develop and disseminate standards related to the Unit’s activities, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines. Update files, controls, and systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Support the implementation of corporate initiatives related to inventory management and conduct audits (e.g., SOX), consolidating necessary information and documentation. Create dashboards using BI tools for strategic data analysis and dissemination. Conduct process diagnostics and mapping, documenting current and revised flows using specific tools (MS Excel, MS Visio, ARIS Toolset, Bizagi, SINPEP PETROBRAS). Propose performance indicators and management dashboards to enhance control over physical resources. Support the development of detailed operational standards and team training.
