Learn more about our business thesis: Startups to Watch – Julia De Luca #### **Responsibilities:** * Work broadly across HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave management, time tracking, and union matters * Organize existing processes and design new workflows * Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders related to the team * Support employees by addressing questions regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies * Interface with accounting teams and/or third-party service providers * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and union accords * Support audits, inspections, and compliance with legal deadlines * Handle information with a high degree of confidentiality * Pursue process improvements, efficiency gains, and automation #### **What you need to have:** * Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and autonomy * Knowledge of labor legislation * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace tools * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields * Desire for professional growth and development within the Personal Department field #### **What we’d love if you have:** * Experience in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments * Experience with the Factoria system #### **Market-competitive benefits** * Health insurance * Flexible benefit \- Caju \ <3 * Psychological support (Zenklub) * Fitness assistance (Gympass) * Beer Or Coffee Plan (access to numerous coworking spaces across Brazil) * Extended maternity or paternity leave. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** + Hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite) + Location: Office in Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP At Ume, we celebrate what makes each of us unique.
