Being diverse means being Super! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objectives** Responsible for scheduling Indirect Sales and/or executing Direct Sales scheduling, analyzing performance reports and metrics, aiming to deliver more with less mileage and verifying resource, cylinder, and gas availability to meet and fulfill scheduling requirements, with focus on appropriate customer service and cost optimization for the Company. **Position Responsibilities** Control vehicle invoice issuance, request invoice cancellation, send return invoices and duly signed delivery receipts, according to defined deadlines and procedures. Execute invoice billing per defined procedures and manually capture invoices when necessary. Perform pairing of data collectors and printers. Monitor fleet operations via monitoring system. Conduct compatibility verification between sales invoice data and fueling ticket data, checking information and reporting any discrepancies. Track distribution team expense reporting. Indirect Sales—Include order capture, route planning, and delivery scheduling. Direct Sales—Maintain constant communication with CELOG for decision-making, route changes, and consolidation of route condition data received from assistants. Direct + Indirect Sales—Support distribution teams, providing assistance regarding scheduling or traffic or safety coordination. Direct + Indirect Sales—Create and monitor Lean-related KPIs.
