Job Summary: A professional to coordinate logistics operations, monitor deliveries, manage inventories, and serve as the interface between logistics operators and internal departments, ensuring alignment and efficiency. Hands-on experience in transportation routines, logistics operators, and inventory management. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Conduct **daily follow\-up** with Logistics Operators to ensure alignment of operational routines. * Monitor **receipt and dispatch forecasts** (Distribution Center × Operators), ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. * Control **logistics reconciliations**, including return invoices, delivery receipts, and freight bills (CT\-es). * Serve as the **interface between Logistics Operators, the Logistics Department, and Customer Service**, ensuring clear and accurate information flow. * Monitor **customer delivery status**, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Manage **inventories at logistics operators**, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely system updates. * Monitor and control **products nearing expiration**, guiding preventive actions based on the **FEFO** principle. * Manage **payments to Logistics Operators** via the Transportation Department, ensuring compliance and settlement deadlines. * Perform data entry and updates for **freight bills (CT\-es), delivery receipt cancellations, and inventory incorporation** in corporate systems. * Ensure **travel availability**, aligning operational capacity with commercial and logistics demands. * Deliver **training sessions for operators and internal departments**, where applicable, reinforcing processes and best practices. **What We Expect From You** * Excellent **interpersonal skills** and communication ability. * Analytical capability, critical thinking, and **strong problem-solving skills**. * Organization, agility, and a systemic view of operations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate **Microsoft Office** proficiency; knowledge of **Power BI** is a plus. * Prior experience with **SAP** (logistics modules). * Hands-on experience in transportation routines, logistics operators, and inventory management.
