The **Commercial Analyst** will be responsible for planning and executing commercial activities within their assigned territory, focusing on prospecting, relationship management, and customer retention. They will monitor market dynamics, analyze competitors, identify business opportunities, and evaluate contribution margins. They will also handle customer service, achieve commercial targets, record information in internal systems, and coordinate closely with the Telesales team, always safeguarding the image and integrity of the Frigosol Group. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop plans for commercial initiatives and implement activities within the assigned territory, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of retail, cattle farming, and slaughterhouse processes; evaluate contribution margins and identify new business opportunities. * Execute commercial initiatives of the **Frigosol Group** within a specific territory; * Monitor market activity, including competitor landscape and customer needs; * Develop and maintain commercial and institutional relationships; * Safeguard the integrity and image of the **Frigosol Group**; * Deliver exceptional customer service; * Understand portfolio targets per period; * Achieve prospecting and customer acquisition targets; * Report customer-reported anomalies to the area manager; * Ask key questions to understand customer requirements; Collect customer personal information and enter it into the system, transmitting it to Telesales. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**; Experience in **commercial**, sales, or customer service roles; Knowledge of **retail, cattle farming, and slaughterhouse** processes; Experience in prospecting, negotiation, and client portfolio management; Ability to analyze KPIs, results, and margins; Advanced proficiency in commercial systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
