We seek dedicated, responsible professionals who wish to grow alongside the company. **Job Description** The Mechanic will be responsible for preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, performing diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements to ensure proper operation, performance, and safety of automobiles. **Main responsibilities:** * Oil and filter replacement; wheel alignment and balancing * Tire replacement and mounting * Headlight and wiper blade replacement * Fuel filter replacement * Replacement of control arm pivots, bushings, and shock absorbers * Brake pad replacement * Air conditioning filter replacement * Ozone cleaning * Additive replacement; cooling system cleaning **Requirements** * Experience or basic knowledge in automotive services * Completed high school education; commitment and responsibility * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team * Compliance with safety regulations **Compensation** **Base salary:** R$ 2.000,00 + commission **Work schedule** Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM **Employment type** * Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$2.000,00 per month Selection questions: * Do you have experience as a mechanic assistant or in the automotive field? If yes, for how long? * Have you previously assisted with services such as oil changes, suspension work, brake repairs, wheel alignment, or component assembly/disassembly? * Do you possess basic knowledge of automotive tools and parts? * Do you hold any training or certification related to automotive mechanics? * Are you agreeable to the salary offered for this position? * Are you comfortable working in a team and following instructions from the lead mechanic?
