Provide individualized guidance and monitor behavioral aspects **Description** Ensure a favorable learning environment for students, teachers, and families, while monitoring and guiding students' academic performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the BNCC, PPP, and curriculum content, utilizing educational technologies. Identify class needs and organize learning situations. Assess, record, and provide feedback on student performance. Collaborate with the school team, families, and school administration. Participate in meetings, pedagogical projects, and continuous professional development. Maintain pedagogical records and comply with requests from school leadership. Provide individualized guidance and monitor behavioral aspects, reporting potential risk situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree. Experience in this role and with the Early Childhood Education segment.
