Connecting with people and promoting digital and social inclusion We are seeking an **FWA Operator** to collect geographic location information for installation and maintenance of services, retrieve equipment in cases of service cancellation, and update customer registration data—such as phone number and new address—provided by customers. Additionally, the operator clarifies questions regarding outstanding balances and provides guidance for customer reactivation, ensuring effective service delivery and necessary support for continuity of FWA services.
