Plant and soil care **Requirements:** Completed elementary education Relevant work experience; Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off\. **Responsibilities:** Perform all gardening operations, including planting, fertilization, pruning, weeding, and irrigation. Maintain gardens, lawns, and flower beds free of weeds, pests, and diseases. Maintain landscaping, ensuring plants, flowers, and trees are well cared for and healthy. Prepare soil and apply fertilizers and nutrients as needed. Assess plant health and make recommendations to improve their appearance and vitality. Maintain gardening equipment and tools. Ensure workplace safety by following proper procedures for handling chemicals and tools. **Minimum Education Level:** Elementary Education (1st level)
